Have used SF Diagnostic tool and Zipped files as requested. I have uninstalled photoshop as I was told by searching somewhere and few others. Followed MS instructions to no avail.

unfortunately that did not resolve the issue. I have uploaded the SF diagnostic file if someone knows how to use that.
I think its been sorted, I uninstalled the Intel HD 4000 graphics driver and it installed a standard one and it seems to be fine for the moment.. will restart to make sure.
yep sorted, it must have been the intel HD 4000 driver.
