Hello Midhun, and welcome to Seven Forums.

I noticed that you have a custom skin or theme, and could possibly be the cause.

If you like, you could do a system restore using a restore point dated before this started to hopefully undo and fix it.

Running a sfc /scannow command may be able to help if it's just an issue with a corrupted or modified system file.
