Black screen on desktop after welcome screen

I have one issue after another ;(

I installed 4 days ago office security updates and windows Silverlight update via windows update

2 days after that I I've notice that my Welcome screen loading in loop forever so I done system restore to day before the issue appear But not before I install the updates, I've notice that the issue seem to be cause by Adobe Reader process that search for updates on startup and stop it's auto update in the settings

then I tried to restarted several times and saw that it work fine (welcome screen not suck on loop of infinite loading)

But today 2 days after I suddenly got the infamous Black desktop with only cursor after welcome screen...

I tried a lot of restarts and it didn't help, safe mod work but after I move back to normal mod the Black desktop appear again, So I system restore to before the darn updates, Windows didn't seem to delete these updates and I didn't tried to delete them manually yet, I've notice that the Black desktop disappear but know that it most likely will or can come back....

The last time I had this issue was on 2009 where people used that prevx fix, but I don't want to use it again and trigger other issues since win7 had many updates since then.

What I did tried was to rename the Shell explorer in the regedit like this video shows:
How to fix Black screen on Windows 7 (HD) PERMINANT FIX - YouTube

and I ran sfc /verifyonly and it didn't found any reg issue

What can I do in order to fix this issue? I don't want to repair my system since this process tend to change many many things in the pc without informing the user

The issue don't seem to be virus either

Yours is not a BSOD issue.

This section of this forum deals with BSOD issues. Before we say you posted in a wrong place, it was needed to verify.

I would request the forum moderators to move your thread in a suitable place where you will get appropriate help.
