No System Restore! All microsoft services not working!

So I've to update solidworks to 2014 edition, When I tried to ininstall older one it gave some errors. I used revo(I shouldn't have used that sh!t ) and I noticed that installer service wasn't started...infact it was disabled! Re-enabling it worked. However after reboot my whole windows got heavenly messed up.
    >Automatically switched to classic theme. (All options under personalize are grayed) cant change theme.
    >Internet not working! No Wi-Fi!
    >Audio not working
    >Almost every ms service is automatically "disabled" no matter how much time I re-enable it always gets disabled.
I checked my PC on Ubuntu and everything works on ubuntu - so no issues with actual hardware

Tried restoring registry with Revo. Still problem remains.
    >Cant perform system restore - some error "Volume copy of component...."

Can't clean install (dont have CD)

I have windows 8.1 from dreamspark. Shoul I install it? Or my problem can be fixed? I can do most work on ubuntu but for cad apps I've to use windows(fuking os)

Plus another question how can I confirm that my Laptop supports windows 8? (i5 3rd gen, 4GB ram, 500GB hdd) Don't know much about BIOS thingy.

You didn't make a backup Windows CD when you bought the computer? I assume that you have a valid key. If you have a valid key, you could borrow a Windows disk and reinstall. I can't get to the link to download Windows ISOs anymore (legitimate ones), it seems to have disappeared.

Alternatively, if you have a Dreamspark version of Win 8 and are a student, you can install Win 8 and go on from there.

There should be a recovery partition on the hard drive you can use to restore the computer to it's factory new state. This will wipe out all your data so backup before using it.

Users Guide is here: Laptops and netbooks :: Lenovo G Series laptops :: Lenovo G580 Notebook - Lenovo (US)

This is what it says about doing this:
