Boot problem. USB is not activated for win 7 iso...

This is what is shown on the computer when I want to get into the xp of another computer that I own.

I want to boot from USB but it wont allow it!
I went to BIOS and checked the sequence and it goes 1 USB, 2 DiSK, 3 CD...

What else can I configure so it will start up the ISO on the USB?

What is on the USB and how did you make it bootable? Also is it a USB hard drive or a memory stick?
At what point did you get that screen message?

Is this a Win7 installer? Did you write a fresh ISO to stick using from Steps 1 and 2 of Clean Reinstall - Factory OEM Windows 7?

If so then enable all USB choices in BIOS setup, set hard drive first to boot, then trigger the stick using BIOS Boot Menu key at boot, under Removable, USB or HD's. Any of those listings may need to be expanded to see the stick's name.
