Windows 7: My Task size is too big. help please!

Windows 7 Home Premium 32bit.
 
 

I restarted my whole computer as in factorized, I made it refresh to make it the first day I got this computer...
So the taskbar is still the same, please someone help :/

When I swapped from a CRT to a LCD Flatscreen, my graphics driver remembered the "overscan" settings.
This meant that the window was the wrong size on the LCD.

If you like, you can use the Intel Driver Update Utility to check for any needed updates, and install any it recommends. This will include your integrated Intel HD graphic driver.

It's so you can get the latest video driver downloaded and installed to see if it may hopefully sort your overscan issue.
