Convert C drive from LOGICAL to PRIMARY partition. Can be done with Free download Magic Partition Manager Software, partition magic alternative, free partition magic, partition magic Windows 7 and server partition software - Partition Wizard Online
Step to do: How to set partition as Primary with partition manager?

After that reboot. Then: Bootmgr - Move to C:\ with EasyBCD

He really needs to delete C and D then create a Primary partition out of the space, then install windows there.

Right now the C partition is way too small.

4 or 2 partitions.... I don't care. OP didn't ask for it either.
All partitions are almost full. Not part of the question either. But if he wants to fix that he has to delete some stuff or move it to an external drive. After that he can shrink/extend partitions if he wishes.

Why reinstall win7?

Well then, he could just do what WHS showed him in post #5

Tell us how he can convert C to Primary as it`s now in an extended partition with D ?

I would also consider backing up D files and deleting it, then extend C into the space to make it reasonable: Partition or Volume - Delete
Partition or Volume - Extend

Otherwise you'll need to convert both C and D to Primary using How to set partition as Primary or Logical with Partition Wizard. This is because a partition cannot be marked Active to boot Windows unless it is Primary.

Then Set C Active: How to Set Active/Inactive partition with partition magic? Partition Wizard Video Help.

Then move the bootmgr to C or run 3 Startup Repairs to correct it, until C boots and is marked System.
