i have the last version of ccleaner , but i was not able to do it?

Right click "remove this from list".
Which icon are you click on to see that in explorer?

In ccleaner, under windows explorer category, make sure taskbar jump lists is checked.

Also make sure you have the latest version of ccleaner.

CCleaner - Delete Junk Files

You can also do this:

Jump Lists - Reset and Clear All Items
