Cannot right click any windows explorer items.

I tried the sfc /scannow and I also went into group policy and found the windows context not changed.
What else can I check please.

Try what was suggested in post 2. Does making a new account solve the issue?

And it must be an issue because I see the views on this and also online. Went to the Microsoft site and nothing. My dabbling to see the context menu options has shown zilch. When I go to check on the windows for context menu, everything is stating no change required.
