Error 1542 whenever I make a new account

a few months ago I noticed the Default folder was missing from C: Users so i went into c: windows / system32/config/systemprofile and copied the contents in it and pasted it into the new default folder. I can make a new administrator account, but I get an event error 1542 while logging in and the font isn't displayed properly. When I try to make a standard account, it says it's logging but but then soon it logs itself out with the same event error in the event log. Is it possible for someone to please send me a copy of their Default folder if it's not much trouble?

I have only one administrator account and it works just fine without any problems. I only have the problem with making new accounts.

also, this is the event error:

Had to make a new clean account, loving it!
Ok, so this past few months my Windows Account has had problems playing event sounds and other things like being sluggish and slow. It really changed my view on Windows 7. I have to say, I thought it was yucky, and went to Linux temporarily. But earlier I decided to just create a new account and...
