Cant open files on usb , file format extenssion is not valid

I change my OS to win 7 pro to ultimate , backup files on usb (word ,exel)doc now i cant open them or transfer . it also say that i dont have permission . i check onthe security tab and i do have full. please help my wife wants to kill me , is all her work documents that wont open.

Open Multiple Files one click - simple bat/batch file
