I go into Boot Options then advanced but I can not find anywhere that says disable automatic restart on system failure under the advanced tab

"loading windows files" ...hmmm. After selecting which option was that? At least it does more then "just nothing" now.

"loading windows files" is not something that happens on "normal boot". It looks like you are booting to soem recovery environment(?) even that environment crashes?

I actually loaded Windows Defender Offline version on a USB stick and tried to run it which ran but said it couldn't find an internet connection to update virus scan so that didn't work either. I think I am just gonna have to try and find a Win 7 disc somewhere and try reinstalling it.
