    Windows 7 Need Help

I have Win 7 and when I start my laptop it goes to a Windows Error Recovery Page
Option 1 Lanuch Startup Repair - This does nothing
Option 2 Start Windows Normally - This will try an open windows but will end up back on the recovery page.
I have no backup or boot discs so would appreciate any help you may have

Start Windows Normally : What happens exactly after you select it?

Try Advanced Boot Options then "safe mode". Post results.

Try Advanced Boot Options ->disable automatic restart on system failure. Then "safe mode". Works?

It should do something. Strange it does nothing at all. Not even an error message.
How do you select the options in menu ... with the arrow keys? Does the ENTER key work correctly?
