    Wsqmcons.exe can i block it?

    Hi
i did a search in the forum about Wsqmcons.exe , but i did not found good informations

i google it and i found
What is Wsqmcons.exe? Wsqmcons.exe Task Manager Process Information
This Vista scheduled task runs when you install Windows Vista and it also runs daily if the user consented to participate in the Microsoft Windows Customer Experience Improvement Program. This program collects and sends usage data to Microsoft. The Wsqmcons.exe program is located in the System32 folder
    it's related to vista

but if this program does the same thing under w7 sp1 , i would like to block it , i mean i don't care about Customer Experience Improvement Program

    may i block it?
and does it affect only to Microsoft Windows Customer Experience Improvement Program?

    thanks
    best regards

To view or change the Windows CEIP setting on a computer running Windows 7:

Start >> Control Panel >> Action Center.
In the left pane, click Change Action Center settings.
Under Related settings, click Customer Experience Improvement Program settings.
If you want to turn off the Windows CEIP, select No, I don't want to participate in the program, and then click Save Changes.
