Power outage while in sleep mode, corrupt kdcom.dll now?

    Hey guys,

New to the forum here because this is the first issue i've ever really had that I havent been able to solve. I had my computer in sleep mode and that night Consumers Energy had to shut the power off till morning. Well I went to restart my PC and it restarted like normal and hit a BSOD. So I restart it and it says delete resume data or something so I clicked yes to initate a fresh restart like as if it didnt even go to sleep. Well then I hit the infamous startup repair loop. Ran a bunch of bootrec.exe commands to try and straighten it out. Still no luck. Ended up trying to run sfc/scannow and kept getting the pending reboot so I had to do an offline one, and got errors when it completed like It has found issues but cannot repair them. So I tried the DISM route, without any luck but I don't think I fully did that method properly. I am at the point now to where I am out of startup Repair and only see the error message kdcom.dll is either missing or corrupt. So I pulled the SSD from my computer and looked for the kdcom file. It is blank and I looked under the pc I am using now and that has some kind of info in it, so basically I need to find a way to either get DISM to work on my offline drive or technically online drive since I can CD to that drive and run it from there, or get a copy of the kdcom.dll file from my windows 7 disk, or use any kind of suggestions you guys have for me. Thanks in advance!

Virus check came up clean by the way, scanned with both Malwarebytes Pro and MSE.
