How do I sign on to Windows 7 Home premium as an Administrator ?

One of the programs on my PC is Spybot Search and Destroy.....after scanning,it lists all the nasties it has found....my attempts to then remove them is only partially successful as the program tells me that I must be an Administrator to remove certain others....how do I do this please ?
Kind regards and thanks in anticipation.

Have you tried running that particular program as administrator?
Just right click => run as administrator when opening it.

Thanks to MourningStar and Alejandro85 for their advice....as I have very limited skills, I tried the latter's solution first and it worked ! Very happy and grateful that guys like you take the time to help others with what must seem to be basic and straightforward issues. Once again, many thanks to you both.Kind regards, Keith.
