Can't you get rid of this 2TB directory before you make the image - if nothing else, with a live linux CD/stick.

WBADMIN START BACKUP -backupTarget:f: -include:c:

This will make an image of C on disk F (the root). The image will be a VHD which you can mount (attach) in Disk Management. Right click on the Action tab (see picture) and follow the wizard. The mounted image will then appear in Computer and you can deal with it like with any other drive.
I searched up WBADMIN START BACKUP and found a -exclude. Can't I use that in a way to exclude "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps". If -exclude can do that, how would I write the command so it can do that?

I don't think there is an 'exclude'

Quote:
Syntax: WBADMIN START BACKUP
[-backupTarget:{<BackupDestinationVolume> | <TargetNetworkShare>}]
[-include:<VolumesToInclude>]
[-allCritical]
[-user:<UserName>]
[-password:<Password>]
[-noInheritAcl]
[-noVerify]
[-vssFull | -vssCopy]
[-quiet]

I found it from this:
Wbadmin start backup

How would I write the command with the -exclude?

Ok, so it requires Windows server and doesn't work for Windows 7. I don't know why the link I sent said it would work on Windows 7 though.

Anyway, I can't delete SteamApps, I still need it for now. I will need to find a way of creating a backup but without the SteamApps folder. I will probably need to download something but I don't know what.

You apparently did not try to delete the Steam file with a live Linuc CD. If you have none, you can use my approach. With that you have access to any partition on your disks and can delete things at will. I don't show the delete option in the video because it was focused on data recovery, but I am shure you can figure that out (just right click on the folders you want to delete).

I don't have issues with deleting the steamapps folder. The problem is I don't want to delete the steamapps folder as it's a very important folder for me and I don't want the folder to be deleted until I'm completely sure everything is fine and no mistakes have been made. One of the requirements for this is having my computer backed up.

Then you need a bigger backup disk.
