    Hi thanks for the update :)
    It's a darn shame it takes another app to accomplish such a basic operation either manually or with iTunes sync :/
    I would still however ask ifun app what the deal is and what do they do to basic iTunes sync functionality with these files,

    Iphone needs to use itunes to xfer photos away and to the computer. Basically you copy all the photos to the computer. Then organize them into folders then transfer them back to the phone. Its one of the reasons that I am using a Android now. I hated that arrangement.
