iPhone 4s Photo to Windows 7 Management

I can't seem to find what I'm looking for in the forms, but can anyone recommend software or a tutorial that would help me manage my photos on my iPhone 4s using my Windows 7 based PC? Is this even possible? I don't understand much about the iso OS!
    Thanks

Can you provide a little more information as to exactly what you want to do as far as managing them?

Hi yes please add more information
I'd say the best first step to organization would be to rename the files to something you can identify the file as without looking at the thumbnail,
Hard to tell what IMG_001.... is without looking at it :)
I believe "it's been a while" that you can rename them in iTunes if you want them to show the same name as if you imported or transferred them to windows,
    Cheers.

Ha you can import using iTunes or just about any photo editing program,
Or manually access the files doing this,
Connect your Iphone and make sure it's Unlocked and powered up,
Then click Start and Computer or devices and printers,

After you see then it's just a matter of drag and drop or copy and paste them where you want them on your machine,

See post 5 for manually accessing the files,
or this to sync with iTunes,

Im not sure about OneDrive and iPhone but I know on my Android phone OneDrive will automatically backup/upload my pictures to my OneDrive when I sign into Wifi. I'm pretty sure there is an option to delete them upon upload as well.

Thanks to all, I'm feverishly trying all options as we speak!
ThrashZone, when I try to open files @ phone (Using devices) I see the picture files numbered but can't see the pictures in preview mode, when I try to open the pictures I get the following error [Windows photo viewer can open this picture because either photo viewer doesn't support this file format, or you don't have the latest updates to photo viewer]
so I can see the pictures on the phone that have no way of determining which picture is which without a preview!

The error is normal because the file isn't actually imported yet so photo viewer can't open it yet,
On the top right of the window you should see this,
Change the view of the page to Medium or large icons,
