    Windows startup problems

I gave my sister my old pc to use and soon enough she forgot her account password disabling her from getting to the windows desktop itself. After all natural attempts to reset the password i resorted to downloading a password re setter, of course this fails and just freezes. Now every time I i turn my computer on it boots up to the same programme and im stuck in a never ending loop of freezing programmes.

well upon pressing the power button you would expect to see start up signs and then see the windows logo and then be able to log in. in my case i power-on, see the start up signs and immediately get taken in this programme that freezes

We're not going to help you crack the password so your best bet is to do a Clean Reinstall - Factory OEM Windows 7.

Those steps compile everything that works best in tens of thousands of Win7 installs we've helped with here. You'll get and keep a perfect install for as long as you stick with the tools and methods given.
