Windows 7 Password hint won't show?

I've been having questions about the Windows 7 password system: I recently decided to put a password on my VIAO Windows 7 32bit system and put a hint to it. Problem is the hint doesn't appear.

Except it appears when I decided to put a guest account as a test.

Is this suppose to happen or is it something I don't know about?

The hint shows after you have entered an incorrect password.

I tried that by putting bogus words into it and yet no hint pops up.

Double check the Settings, of the Password.

However im not sure if this will work for a guest account?

    I checked, everything is stable.
I wasn't really trying to use it for a guest account. I was simply testing on how someone here mentioned that they made a guest account to see if their password hint were to appear (since it didn't appear for them) and it did show the password hint.

Nope =/. I mean, I can still use the password yes, but the hint doesn't appear.
