By design you cannot login to a Windows PC without providing the login name and password of an appropriate account. The ability to do otherwise would be a serious security risk. Some accounts may not have a password in which case none need be provided. The Guest account normally does not have a password but it is usually disabled. In any event it has very low rights. If you log in with an admin level account you can change the password of any account. You will not be able to see any existing passwords, even your own. There are software methods of reseting a password without logging in but I will not discuss them.

    Edit:

My Question is I want boot with USB flash or CD and open the windows without password and not change it
If I wand change password can used NT offline password to clear password from any account created on windows
To me this is hacking and I will not discuss it.

If you take this thing from the face hacking there are many ways to circumvent the password.

But I see him on the other hand, a laptop with me I received from my company and I want to install some software and there is a problem with the system administrator and does not want me to open this device is subject.

There's a reason your administrator doesn't want you installing software or modifying the system in any way. As LMillere7 said, we won't help you circumvent restrictions.

It's not yours, leave it alone.

Buy your own pc and you can do whatever you want to it :)

Do not try to make changes to a pc provided by your employer without consulting with them first
