If you are forced to change a password and that is the issue, see this tutorial by Brink.
See Option TWO, step 5 to disable password expiration.

Password Expiration - Change MAX and MIN Password Age

I login to many Win 7 accounts and I never have to change any account ...

By design you cannot login to a Windows PC without providing the login name and password of an appropriate account. The ability to do otherwise would be a serious security risk. Some accounts may not have a password in which case none need be provided. The Guest account normally does not have a password but it is usually disabled. In any event it has very low rights. If you log in with an admin level account you can change the password of any account. You will not be able to see any existing passwords, even your own. There are software methods of reseting a password without logging in but I will not discuss them.

Edit:

To me this is hacking and I will not discuss it.
