As I told you I haven't deleted the OEM Partition

Well how can I've searched around on how to delete it & CMIIW I have to use diskpart ?

And what is this 'loader' are you talking about ?

This picture you posted implies there is a "Loader" installed? Is this a cracked version of Win7?



You can delete the last OEM partition using Partition Wizard, then Extend D into all the space to its right. How to extend partition easily with partition magic ? Partition Wizard video help.
