My laptop just turned off randomly (win7 asus)

um so basically I was playing the game called roblox I had a couple of IE pages open in the background and steam so nothing too memory hungry. anyway I had been playing roblox for a while when suddenly it started lagging really badly for like 10 seconds after which my computer calmly powered off, I say powered off because it didn't tell me it was shutting down or give me a virus alert or a error or a warning or anything it just suddenly powered off not like it ran out of power (because I don't have a battery in it I just have it plugged into the power) but more like it just chose to power off for some reason. why did this happen?.

also I have another question why does windows task manager always tell me (Even when I have just turned the laptop on) that my memory is using like somewhere between 0.80 GB and to about 1.50 GB (after its been running things for hours even if I close everything).

Please do the steps following in the following tutorial in case it was malware, it should not have lagged before turning off if it is a hardware crash: Malwarebytes Anti-Malware Free Please disable auto quarantine in case Malwarebytes finds any false positives. https://www.malwarebytes.org/support...dSettings.html If anything that seems to not be malware or potentially unneeded programs are found, such as system files or programs you think you need and use, please post a screenshot of the list of detected items: Screenshot with Paint, Screenshots and Files - Upload and Post in Seven Forums Also, in case it is a hard drive close to failing, you should back up your important files right away after running the malware scan, NOT before because it may infect the USB storage device too.
