Windows 7 - Every Time I Download Corrupted Files

So yeah i have this problem for over month and more now. Everytime i download anything,it's corrupted. If it is mp3,winrar file or anything. I can't even update origin or steam i get the same thing. I changed provider from BT to Virgin and yet i have the same issue. I'm connected through an wifi adapter. Could anyone help me resolve this ? It's so annoying.
+bonus , if i download anything through torrent, it always works.
