    Hello queeny, Welcome to Sevenforums!

Keep in mind this is not an easy task but you can try this and you shouldn't lose any data

User Profile Service failed the logon. User profile cannot be loaded.

Read carefully and if you have any questions or concerns, feel free to ask and we can help.

Hello queenymhe, and welcome to Seven Forums.

Check to see if you may be able to directly open Registry Editor at "C:\Windows\regedit.exe" instead. :)

Try holding down the windows key on the keyboard and push R. This will open the run dialog. type regedit in there and click ok.
