Windows 7: Database Directory Not Found

Database Directory Not Found

About twice each day under Win 7 I get a small window shown in the attachment.

I've no idea what causes it and can discern no pattern to its happening. My guess it is associated with eMClient because that is the only program I use that maintains a database but that is a SWAG. Can find nothing in Event Viewer for the time of occurance that could explain it. Support people at eMClient are as puzzled as I am.

Has any one run into this sort of thing?

Thank you very much.

Download and run ProcessExplorer. It does not need to be installed.

Quote:
Drag-and-drop target to find an image. If you're not sure which application corresponds to which image in Process Explorer, click and drag the little gun sight icon on the Process Explorer toolbar, and drop it on any visible window to find out what process/image it is.
Once the error message is on the screen, start ProcessExplorer and drag the target icon and drop it on the error message window. It will show the process that generated that window highlighted in blue in the PE window.

OK, Ztruker. Using your tip I found Dbbackup.exe (part of eM Client) was the culprit. I am addressing taking care of that. I think I found a way to eliminate the window by disabling 'Backup' in the settings of that program

Thank you very much for your help.
