The motherboard manufacturer's website should have detailed instructions for how to "flash" (update) the motherboard's BIOS. The procedure is a little different from manufacturer to manufacturer, but it's almost always a case of making a bootable disk with some tools and the new BIOS code, booting from that disk, and issuing a command to kick off the flash operation.
