windows 7 on start-up,my desktop icons go white?

    windows 7 on start-up,my desktop icons go white?


    Ive got a problem with windows 7 ultimate 32 bit that i put on my system last week, what it is, every time i start the pc up, and the desktop comes on, my screen flashes then all of my destop icons go white for about 5 seconds then they go back to normal 1 by 1, my graphics card is up to date which is an ATI RADEON HD 2600 XT, i dont know whats causeing it. it never used to do this on xp.

    Have you tried a new user profile yet just as a quick test?

    Same thing. I think it's normal.
