how to hide lock- & log off buttons

hi,

can anyone tell me how to hide lock- and log off buttons from the Start-menü of Windows 7. i tried everything but it doesnt work. i appriciate any Help. Thanks in advance.

Hi,

Have you taken a look at this - Disabling switch user, log off and lock from Shut down button
