Bad crash! Ran SFC about 30 times to no avail. Help!

So a while back I had a really bad crash. on boot there were a bunch of errors popping up on occasion. nothing that prevented the computer from operating MOST of the time under MOST circumstances. Just random things now and again, usually dealing with .dll files and other system files. For instance OSK.exe (on screen keyboard) will no longer pop up on boot and will not function.

I was an idiot and do not have an uncorrupted backup. I have been working on this computer for a very long time, so the amount of time to install a clean OS and reinstall all of those random little programs Frighteningly large. I would like to avoid that at all costs, so what can I do?!

    I have Win 7 ultimate x64

I ran the SFC program as per reccomendation from another forum user, however after, no shit, around 30 scans it continued to "find" errors to fix that required reboot, as well as ones that it identified as unrepairable. I saved the log that it created, but its thousands of lines long and too large a .txt file to upload here unless I zip it. What are my options? I'm at wits end.

    Thanks to all in advance!

Did you first disinfect? Run a full scan with Malwarebytes | Free Anti-Malware & Internet Security Software in Safe Mode if necessary, followed by SUPERAntiSpyware - Downloads, declining their trial version when installing to use them only as free scanners.

Then try SFC again to see if it gains any traction.

Other steps to go over your install thoroughly are in Troubleshooting Steps for Windows 7 including if necessary a Repair Install.

No traction. Didnt think that would work but did it anyway. I should have specified that the error happened with a power outage. System didnt get to shut down properly so I'm guessing that is why the files got corrupted. What's my next move?

If the files won't repair using the special steps specified in SFC /SCANNOW Command - System File Checker then you can try a Repair Install
