HELP!!! my laptop freezes while in browsing in facebook.com

    Hello,

    Im emerson molina...

I am experiencing problem in my laptop... everytime i browse in facebook.com my laptop freezes....im using mozilla firefox... i reset already my firefox, i already deleted all history and cookies, i already check my disk for errors thru tuneup utilities but it was fine and good... i already defragment my disk... already clean by CCleaner both files and registry... my anti-virus is malwarebytes anti-malware premium and its already updated... no malware found in full scan...i already tried system restore in my windows...my laptop is fully optimized...but the problem is still there...

No problem in other websites... only in FACEBOOK.COM....

some details are, while i am using facebook and log in to my account, after a few minutes of browsing into my newsfeed in facebook, freezing happens....mouse pointer not moving / keyboard not working too / ctrl + alt + del not working..... it was permanently freezed.... the only thing i can do is to remove the computer from the power supply to restart it...

Other things i noticed, while it was in freeze, the light indicator for my disk are turned off and not blinking...another thing was, i noticed that the light indicator of my LAN PORT in my modem router was blinking very fast and not stopping...it seems that there was another active connection happens while in freeze...

also i noticed, there was a time that my anti virus block some Inbound connections for some IP addresses and ports....and the responsible for that is my (svchost.exe)....

I think there was attacker wants to hack my laptop thru inbound/outbound connections that causes my laptop to freeze.....

Anyone can help me please......im counting on you guys....

Thank you very much.... i hope you can help me to fix that problem.....

Hello, it seems that i already fixed the problem....

i uninstalled my firefox, google chrome, and java.... also i remove other PLUGINS in my firefox like java, flash player and others....i clean my laptop using CCleaner and tuneup 1click maintenance so that all leftover files will be removed.... after that, i rebooted my laptop and have a clean install of firefox, google chrome, and flash player.... i did not install java because i think it should be the problem at all....

no more freezing in facebook!!!!! haha......

Thank you for efforts..... i hope you will help us again soon....

Registry Cleaners are useless. They cause Windows to struggle more than helping them. This has been discussed lots to time. One of them is here.
What do you guys think of registry cleaners?
    And you use Tuneup utilities.

It could be useful, if you could hint us about the source of problem. It may be Memory usage by other applications, insufficient harddisk space, etc.
Disk Management - Post a Screen Capture Image
List of processes running while the system freezes.
You could use chrome based browsers. Incase of error in websites, they prefer crashing themselves to crashing Windows. Browser Statistics

You may have corrupted Files ...

Run a System Scan and report back the Results ...

SFC /SCANNOW Command - System File Checker

I attached the result in this message namely (sfcdetails.txt) file.... inside the text file includes the result of my 1st and 2nd attempt of scan.... in my last scan (2nd attempt), it says that there was no more problems found....

I hope that it will fix my problem....
I will going to continue to observe the behavior of my laptop during browsing in facebook...
Hope that freezing will not be repeated....hahaha....

Thank you very much and more power!!!

I will feedback you sir for about less than 24hours for the result if freezing will happen again....
