No idea what you are saying. Can you try describing it more please?

What is the exact, complete boot manager error.
What is the full model number of the Dell laptop?
Where did you get the Windows 7 install DVD?
How did you create the USB flash drive?

What screen does it put you back to? Please describe.

First reboot and tap the F12 key to run Dell hardware Diagnostics. There may be two suites, one listed as Diagnostics and the other listed as Utility Partition. Run them all to get the hardware condition.

If Diagnostics won't boot and run, try booting into BIOS setup to see if HD is detected anywhere on any tab, usually under Storage or Boot order priority. It may be listed as a serial number which can be googled to learn its make/model. If so proceed to the tutorial below to find the hard drive maker's bootable diagnostics if the HD condition is unclear or to confirm its condition. If not present then the HD may need to be reseated to try to get it to register in BIOS, or replaced.

Then: Troubleshooting Windows 7 Failure to Boot These steps try everything possible leading up to if necessary rescuing your files to run Dell Factory Recovery, or do the vastly superior Clean Reinstall - Factory OEM Windows 7
