Windows 7: Computer Keeps Double Clicking

Windows 10 Pro x64 x2 Windows 10 Enterprise x64, Ubuntu
 
 

I think we really need to check the actual hardware - a basic USB mouse may be obtained from one of the "pound" stores, just for the purpose of testing, or maybe a loan of a mouse from Friend's or family. Until we eliminate the hardware aspect all the software changes may not ever solve this issue
