so even with the startup repair not finding anything i cant still do this step? and i just use that program to do it? thats what disk management looks like before using that program

STOP, WAIT don't do anything. It is right now. See, the System Reserved has System and Active. That is what you want. All you have to do is make D: inactive. == It should run good now.

The Startup Repair fixed it, you just didn't know it. == Go to Message 6 and you will see several Tutorials. It is the last one.

That is strange. Can you fill in your system specs as completed as possible. It will help greatly.

asus p8z77-v lk mobo, windows 7 professional 64 bit installed on an ocz vertex 4 120gb ssd, WD caviar(blue i believe) 1tb storage drive, i5 3570k @ 3.4 ghz, hyper 212 eve cooler, 8gb patriot g2 ram(came with the mobo but originally thought it wasnt on the manufacturers approved ram, not sure if it was or not though i just remember something weird with it) radeon r9 270(just got it 2 weeks ago, had 6870 before that.) forget what brand but 500w psu, i think its thermaltake, idk if it matters but razer naga mouse and logitech g110 keyboard and a plantronics gamecom 780 headset

If you RAM is not correct, that could cause it. You need to find out it is fits your MB. You need to fill in your specs, not just list them in one unreadable list.
