    How many user accounts are listed on the login screen take a picture of it with a camera/ cell phone...

    I still think Malware is very likely.

    The screen print in Post #39 shows the lenan account is a password protected guest account, right ?
    When I enabled the Guest account, my screen print in Post #25 shows the account name is Guest, right ?

    How did the lenan account become a Guest type account ???
    Or, how did the Guest account get renamed to lenan ???

    Does anyone else have access to your PC that might be pulling a prank, or malicious activity ???

This is the problem I've been dealing with for quite a while. When I try to find a program that resets the password (I used the Password Reset Disk from another computer, didn't work.) I always get a message that I need the administrator password. So... Help?
