Windows 7 Shutown/Restart not Normal
Just yesterday when I select restart windows 7 it goes through the normal restart process, the pc shuts completely down for about 5-8 sec, then lights up and turns back on and reboots normally to the desktop. Also, when I select shutdown it says windows is shutting down, the monitor goes to standby, the keyboard lights go dark, but the pc power buttons are still lit up and the fans are still going, and it does not shut down.Even in safe mode, when I select shutdown it hangs and locks up and I have to press the power button to shut it down. Also when in the Asus Sabertooth z77 bios when I click save changes and reboot the pc hesitates, then shuts completely, then starts back up and goes to my desktop normally. The only thing I have done to this pc is put in a new corsair water cpu cooler on about a week ago.Everything has been good up to yesterday. When in windows the pc runs great,28 cel at idle 45 cel while gaming. I even tried some other memory, and it still does the same thing.Anyone have any ideas..
