Runtime error with pinger? Pls help

    What happens if you click on REPAIR or MODIFY?

    Modify runs the installation or something like it. When it is complete, it looks like everything is a go, but there is no short cut and it is not installed in the program files. Also it brings up a windows explorer for sysWOW64 - and in there are a bunch of files that I am not sure what they do and why it bring it up.
    Repairing does the same thing as above.

    All I can think of is to try a System Restore to before this started happening as one of the early posts in this thread suggested.
