Can't see my Administrator account

    Can't see my Administrator account


    No administrator user account in windows log on screen, i only see 2 users account, one is standard which is my account too and unknown account named "other users" how can i get it back?? help plss

    Hello Llan, and welcome to Seven Forums.

    If you like, you should be able to do a system restore at boot using a restore point dated before this happened to undo and fix it. :)

    Does "Other Users" take you back to the initial login screen?

    when clicking system restore nothing pop-up i think its because i logged in, in standard user it wont let me

    No it won't, it needs username and password, but i dont know cause i did not make that user account.

    Are you able to do so at boot instead of from within Windows?

    Okay i'm not sure if i really understand what you say system restore at boot, but what i did first is i restart and press f8 until it show a choices, I chose safe mode and in start menu on search box, i typed system restore and nothing happened, so i just messing restarting my pc,pressing f8 and on the choices i click computer repair? it show system restore tools ? and i choose system recovery/restore point/ the date before this problem happened as you said.Well its all good now problem RESOLVED!!
