    Startup Repair Loop Problems

Hi, I was given a work desktop that had a few years on it and have only had it for a few days. It recently has been going through a Startup Repair Loop which I have not been able to fix despite my attempts to look online. It has not been able to run in Safe Mode and has been through multiple things that have not fixed the problem (and blue screens when I disable it from automatically restarting). Please help!

Hi Gator, thank you for replying to me so quickly.

I previously ran through that guide before, but I did it again to see if anything was different. Nothing changed at all. It always restarts itself a few seconds after "Starting Windows" first shows up on the screen and then goes into the Startup Repair Process.

Work through the steps for Troubleshooting Windows 7 Failure to Start which try everything possible to start unbootable Win7 leading up to if necessary rescuiing your files to run Factory Recovery or do the vastly superior Clean Reinstall Windows 7
