Windows 7: C drive 1st drive?

By no means should any but the System partition ever be marked Active, which points which is booting the OS(es). Mark those data drives Inactive now: Partition - Mark as Inactive

As long as you know the warnings for problems that can arise if OS drive is not DISK0, you can leave it if you want.

Not sure as they are listed as p0 Samsung 840 pro, p1 Samsung 840 pro, p2 Mushkin 120dx & p3 mushkin 120dx.
To clarify a bit further. Your motherboard and its firmware/BIOS knows nothing about Disk numbers. It knows about sata ports (P0-P4 in your case). You configure your BIOS to boot from ports and it will go through the port ordering sequence you have setup. It will then look in order for an active partition with a bootsector and handover the booting sequence. Once the OS is finally loading the OS will assign disk numbers. So there isn't a Disk 0 slot. There is a sata port 0 slot. The port 0 often does correspond to Disk 0 but not always and it doesn't matter.

And yes you should only have active set for a bootable drive. If you want to BIOS boot say 2 of your SSDs then each would have an active partition.

Gregrocker, I totally missed the data drives being active. Setting as inactive as soon as I get out of here!

Data drives and now inactive. Thanks to gregrocker and mjf for the excellent educational reads. Just got to wrap my mind around the fact that it is what it is and not what I think it ought to be.

Thank you all
