Drag and Drop not working

Hello,

Drag and drop not working, when I may able to drag a shortcut to desktop but cant drop any file to any software and browsers like chrome.

when I do so the mouse pointer turn into to NO symbol

Hi, yes i have tried by pressing escape , but its not working

Have you tried using another Account ...

droping to desktop is working good, issue is with other programs

jpg png, or zip , nor any file droping not working in chrome, and also when i drop a image file into opn photoshop its not working, its showing a No icon while I drop the file
