Menu Bar too small

I've just moved from the unsupported XP to Windows 7 IE 11 and need some help.

The menu bar where says file - edit - view is too small and the words file edit and view are too small is there anywhere to make them larger without making the text on all the websites bigger as that is fine.

Same for my links bar where my fav websites are listed - they are too small.

I have a 23 inch screen, resolution is the recommended one 1920 x 1080, have tried changing the resolution but that doesn't make the words file - edit - view any bigger.

Have googled it for hours and tried stuff suggested there but no luck.

Can anyone help me please?

Click on Start Button and go into Control Panel and click on Display. A window will come up that allows you to make things bigger or smaller.

Hello Diane, and welcome to Seven Forums.

While in your Advanced Appearance Settings in Option Two if the tutorial below, you should be able to change the size of the listed Menu item to be a bit large to help with this.

Window Color and Appearance - Change

Hope this helps,
