Windows 7 will not restart on installation

I have just built a new PC with an msi z87-g45 gaming board, 8 GB of DDR3 memory, an intel core i5-4690k processor, Radeon HD7870 2GB GDDR5 pci3.0, a Seagate barracuda 2TB SATA lll HD split into 3 partitions an 850w Power Supply.
When I try to install Windows 7 pro x 64 it will not reboot to complete the installation can any one help me please. I have tried another HDD but same problem, I have tried the 2tb HDD in another PC that I have built and it installs windows 7 perfectly

    Hey,

Do you have a little more information on the exact time the error occurs. Technically if it finished up to the point it needed to reboot but just did not reboot, if you manually restarted it would continue so i am assuming its not finish part of the initial setup?

I know i have had issues when i have had to remove some ram in my system (oddly enough... not really sure as to why) when installing windows 7. Try only using one stick if possible and see if you get further.

Something may be wrong with your build. I would take it all back down to the mobo and then do it again making sure of your connections.

Try a flash stick install instead of DVD drive. If you are then try another flash stick or DVD. Make sure you wipe the HD from Overcoming tutorial I gave you.

    Try another hard drive.
