Slow Bootup (30+ minutes) Please help.

Can someone help me fix my problem with my laptop? (Sorry for my bad english, i'm not a native english speaker)

    Windows 7 Home Premium.
    2 Gb Ram.
    Intel 4 Chipset Express Family.

This laptop is just given to me by my cousin because i can't afford to buy one but it has this issue. I tried system recovery but the last restore point which is 4 weeks ago didn't fixed the issue. I also tried the msconfig procedure, but it didn't also fixed the issue. Please help me. I regularly defrag.

    Installed Programs.

Iobit Advanced System Care (without this, my laptop responds slow)
    Ragnarok Online
    Warcraft III: Frozen Throne
    UTorrent
    Internet Download Manager
    Potplayer

    Thanks in advance, and godbless.

This should be an easy one to fix. Follow the clean boot procedure. Then put the software back one by one. You can then tell, when the computer boots slow, again, which one is causing the problem.

Work through the Troubleshooting Steps for Windows 7
to go over your install thoroughly, establishing a Clean Boot, testing the hardware, checking System files, System Resources for finding and solving problems. This was familiarize you with your PC much better.

The steps lead up to if necessary doing a Clean Reinstall - Factory OEM Windows 7 since the factory install of Win7 is the worst possible install one can have. This will show you how to get the very best, and keep it that way to the exact extent you stick with those steps.

Try in safe mode and report back
    Also run an antivirus scan
Download and run a full scan with malwarebytes.

Safe mode is also taking long to boot.
I did a full scan with malwarebytes but it didn't detected any malware.

i forgot to mention that windows explorer always crashes.

    Thanks for your time sir.

It's not recommended since you get a cleaner install by booting the installer to delete all partitions since the old Recovery partition is no longer needed, plus having bootable installation media or a System Repair Disk is also needed for repairs in case Win7 fails to boot.

It is possible to download the Win7 installation ISO from Win7 Home Premium x64 SP1 English Official ISO download, extract the files using 7Zip to another small partition you shrink from C, then rightclick Setup to Run As Administrator, choose a Custom Install, select the C partition (only) to install upon. This will overwrite the C partition with a fresh new install, although all of the old OS will be archived in a C:\Windows.old folder to be deleted later.

If you want we can show you how to make that small partition where you extract the installation media bootable itself so you can boot the media and still have the tools to delete all partitions, create new for the install. It's the same as here: Boot Recovery Partition using EasyBCD

You will still need to follow the steps for how drivers are handled and all other preparations in Clean Reinstall - Factory OEM Windows 7 so that you get the best possible install. Put your wireless driver in the backup so you can install it to get online and immediately Check for Updates to install all Important and Optional, with reboots, until there are no more offered.

Ask back any questions until you fully understand what you want to do.

Downloading the iso's taking so long sir, i have a limited connection speed sir. I'll just buy a windows 7 cd and install it.

I don't really understand is why my laptop is taking so long to boot up but whenever it's booted up, it's running perfectly well (except the time to time windows explorer crashes, camera won't work, and the built in mics not working too.)

Thanks for your time sir, i hope you can help me get through this, although i can not compensate you in any kind.
