InstallConverter bundle uninstaller doesn't exist anywhere but itself

Having noticed a folder named, "InstallConverter bundle uninstaller" and a file named ''uninstaller.exe'' within it I searched the net. Advice there told me things like it being associated with ''websteroids", searching through the windows registry, etc. Anyhow there is no instance of either ''websteroids'or ''InstallConverter bundle uninstaller'' anywhere to be found except this folder and file mentioned at 1st.
So in theory all I should do is deleted them but it doesn't feel complete. Any suggestions?

Download, install, decline trial version, update and run a full scan with Malwarebytes | Free Anti-Malware & Internet Security Software and SUPERAntiSpyware - Downloads. Clean up anything it finds.

Check also Control Panel>Programs and Features for any programs you didn't install. If in doubt, ask back.

Next in Browser Add-On's disable anything but Flash and Reader. Again ask back if there's anything you're not sure about but nothing is really needed except those.

Also in Browser check Search engines loaded so that only Google is allowed in the stable Search box. Others that may have snuck in can spy.

After completing Gregs suggestions I recommend also running this from Bleeping Computer only.

    AdwCleaner Download

Greg you have a nice puppy in your Avatar.

Especially to 'gregrocker' who has been so helpful many times over and to everyone else I apologize for having posted here 2 years ago and then never posting back. It seems that this posting somehow slipped through the cracks. It is only by coincidence that I spotted it here today.
As to if I did anything regarding the original question above I actually can't remember.
Once again my apologies and to you gregrocker a special thank you for continuing to help me even after allegedly showing negligence of a sort here.
