You might see if there is a newer version of ObjectDock available. If not, you might see how RocketDock may work for you instead.

I just installed it, and the first thing that I did was to use it to navigate to stikynot.exe, and just as before, it couldn't see it. While it appears to have installed okay, there is a note on their download page as follows:

* Please note that Windows XP x64 Edition, Windows Vista 64-bit Editions, Windows 7 64-bit Editions, and alternate shells are not yet supported.
I don't know that this has anything to do with the problem, nor do I know if ObjectDock has anything similar, but I'm getting the feeling that this issue is rooted in the OS, rather than the programs involved, since I can't see anything about the file that differentiates it from all of the rest. But, I did have a similar problem with another file manager in the past...PowerDesk, and that was the reason that I went looking and found Xplorer2.
