Sticky Key Help

I need help turning off my Sticky Key sounds. Now, that I have my Launch Manager fixed again, I need the Sticky Key sound off. It only happens when I first boot my computer. The sound occurs when I press shift and whatever other key that I am pressing. Anyways, it's annoying and people think there is something wrong with my computer.

See if this works:

- Go to control panel > Ease of Access
- In the Ease of Access Center you should see an option (link) to "Make the keyboard easier to use". Click this.
- Once you are on the next screen you should see another option (link) to "Set up Sticky Keys". Click this.
- On the next screen, under Keyboard Shortcut, uncheck "Make a sound when turning a setting on or off".

I hope someone can help me get rid of this annotance. I run a Dell Windows 7. There are some programs that won't exit 'processes' when I close them. Specifically Firefox and Outlook. Sticky key?
