I can't download anything, all files come out corrupt.

Ok so i'm really late on posting this because the problem started near a year ago, I built a new computer on December 25th 2014 for gaming purposes and it works great, but I can't download anything that isn't downloaded via window or steam, i've tried google chrome, safari, IE, and firefox, but none of them seem to work. The downloads start, go for about 3-5 seconds, stop, and say they are done, problem is they aren't, I click on them and literally every and I mean EVERY file says they are corrupt, i've ran multiple virus checks and uninstalled every program that I would think was a virus, but no dice, what should I do?

Well it's a custom built cyber power with an AMD FX 8320 Eight Core Processor 3.50 GHz, 8 GBs of RAM, it's 64 bit, and it has about 1 TB of space.

In addition to the MBAM full scan I'd check for Spyware with SUPERAntiSpyware - Downloads. Decline free trial for both to use only the scanners.

Then check System files, establish a Clean Boot and go over your system from the Troubleshooting Steps for Windows 7

I would uninstall you AV to try either recommended MSE or Panda free which won't interfere, to see if your AV is involved. You can always reinstall it.
